Is Ravelon a drop-in replacement for Termius?

On the desktop, yes. SSH, SFTP, port forwarding, saved commands, an encrypted vault and sync between your devices are all there, plus RDP, VNC and coding agents in the same window, on Windows, macOS and Linux.

Can I import my Termius hosts?

Ravelon imports OpenSSH config files. If your hosts are already in ~/.ssh/config, Ravelon reads them all at once, along with the identity files they point to. Passwords go straight into the encrypted vault, where they stay protected.

Does my vault ever leave my machine unencrypted?

No. Ravelon encrypts the vault with AES-256-GCM on your desktop before anything syncs. The sync server only stores that encrypted data and has no key to open it, no matter whether it's our server or yours.

What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing. Pro is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription to cancel, and running your own sync server is free.
